This guide covers every feature of the TallySale seller portal, from creating your first invoice to integrating with the REST API.
Portal Navigation
The TallySale admin portal is organized into three main sections:
Main

| My Invoices | Create, manage, and track invoices you send to customers. Includes recurring invoices, credit notes, and payment history |
| Invoices | View invoices created through the API by your connected applications. Read-only listing |
| Customers | Browse and manage your customer records — auto-created when you add customers to invoices |
| Settlements | Track payout processing and see how collected payments are settled to your bank account |
Administration

Quick Start
- Log in to your TallySale seller portal with your credentials.
- Explore the Dashboard — see summary stats for outstanding, overdue, and collected invoices.
- Create your first invoice — go to My Invoices → Create Invoice, add customer details and line items.
- Send it — finalize the invoice and send it via email. Your customer receives a secure checkout link.
- Track payments — view real-time payment status and history from the My Invoices page.

Your account's features depend on your Seller Level:
